I was born and raised  Cairo, Egypt then moved to the UK with my family and settled in Cornwall - shaped by both tradition and modernity. My life has been anything but linear — full of reinventions, expansions, and lessons carved through both triumph and struggle. 

What I share with the world today is not theory. It is the practice of alignment I am still living into myself. I know what it feels like to carry ambition so big it becomes heavy. I know the exhaustion of burnout and the longing to return to vitality and clarity. And I also know the sacred strength that rises when we align body, mind, and spirit. 

What sets me apart is that my work is rooted in the ancient Egyptian tradition of the House of Life, where healing and leadership began with aligning every aspect of the self. My framework is inspired by the Sacred Bodies of Alignment™ — an authentic teaching from Ancient Egypt — as the guiding framework in my mentorship and experiences, bringing timeless wisdom into a modern context for leaders and visionaries.

Unlike many mentors, I don’t teach from a place of perfection. I am walking this path myself, refining and learning every day. This makes my work both honest and practical: I understand the weight of responsibility, ambition, and transformation because I live it too.
